贾小云，山东大学公共治理研究院、山东大学政治学与公共管理学院助理教授，山东大学生活质量与公共政策研究中心专任研究员，山东大学智慧国家治理实验室研究员，中国社会心理学会应用心理学专业委员会委员，国际注册社会工作者。拥有心理学、社会学、管理学等多学科背景，加盟山东大学前曾供职于新西兰医管局（Health Board）、梅西大学（Massey University）等机构。研究方向多聚焦网上行为分析、数智治理、网络与新媒体研究等。近五年发表SCI、SSCI论文20余篇，以第一作者发表的论文入选ESI全球前1 %高被引论文（ESI Top 1% highly cited papers），主持或参与项目20余项，独立撰写的智库报告获中央主要领导批示。主讲课程有《社会科学研究方法》、《社会统计学》、《公共管理专业英语》等，指导的《迷失与挣脱：数字技术的伦理风险与化解路径研究——基于有关生成式人工智能对大学生群体影响的实验研究》获得教育部第19届“挑战杯”全国一等奖。
