山东大学是一所历史悠久、学科齐全、学术实力雄厚、办学特色鲜明，在国内外具有重要影响的教育部直属重点综合性大学。2015年山东大学与芝加哥大学签署合作备忘录，在多个学科与领域进一步加强交流合作。在原备忘录基础上，山东大学公共治理研究院于2017年7月13日在山东大学青岛校区正式成立，推进山东大学与芝加哥大学在治理领域的研究合作并开展相关学术活动。

一、招聘学科及条件

    1.基本条件：应聘研究员岗位者年龄原则上不超过40岁。研究员：海内外知名大学或研究机构助理教授或优秀博士后。

    2.学科或专业方向：公共管理、政治学相关领域（研究方向为公共治理相关，包括但不限于国家治理，大型企业治理，贸易与投资监管，信息监管，城市/乡村治理，环境治理，治理模式与理论，比较城市治理，教育政策研究，社会调查等）；

二、招聘人数

    根据研究需要，择优招聘2人；

三、岗位基本职责

 1.能以英文授课和发表研究成果；

 2.在青岛校区工作；

Ⅰ.Major Fields and Qualification for Recruitment

    1.Position requirements:Age limits for professor candidate is 40 years in general.Professor candidate should be assistant professor or postdoctoral research fellow from prestigious universities or research institutions overseas and in homeland;

      2.Subjects or Professional directions: Areas related to public administration and political science (The research direction is related to public governance, including but not limited to national governance, large corporate governance, trade and investment supervision, information regulation, urban/rural governance, environmental governance, governance models and theories, comparative urban governance , educational policy research, social surveys, etc.)

      According to the research needs, we will select 2 people.

Ⅲ.Basic Duties

     1. Being capable to teach and publish research results in English.

      2. Working at Shandong university Qingdao campus.
