Dali L. Yang is the William Claude Reavis Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Chicago, and the founding Faculty Director of the University of Chicago Center in Beijing. Professor Yang’s research interests include the development of Chinese politics, particularly government regulation, governance and state-society relations. He received his Ph.D. degree in political science from Princeton University.
